It might not be true but the most plausible explanation is that they simply don’t have the right to sell DC merchandise outside the US for those two characters.
No, Footlocker has done this for almost every Jen Bartel drop. (I've tried for others before but this one... Ivy merch is rare) You can't even access the US version of the site outside the US, (you get redirected to your country which doesn't have the drops), and if you try a VPN the site won't load.. I was going to try parcel forwarding, which I never had done before as it seemed risky, but I've bought every Bartel Poison Ivy print I'm aware of, so merch is a god send to me lol.
Why didn't Ivy come in a size 11? 😭 I was so excited for this drop especially when Ivy doesn't really get awesome products like these only Harley. But so sad I couldn't get them in my size.
